LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the training course, participants will be able to:

UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC BEHIND THE BUSINESS DESIGN METHODOLOGY

Discover the key stages of the methodology and the underlying concepts (theoretical foundations, approach, and connections with other methodologies).

USE THE NEO AI AGENT EFFECTIVELY IN THEIR SUPPORT WORK

Define everyone’s roles in the support process (NEO – project leader – facilitator), adopt the appropriate approach as a facilitator and onboard project leaders, understand NEO’s usage guidelines and limitations, use NEO’s outputs (reports, gauges, alerts) to highlight areas requiring attention, develop recommendations for project leaders, help them implement their action plans and showcase their projects to decision-makers.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training course is open to anyone managing innovation projects or wishing to support innovative project leaders in structuring their projects: innovation professionals (managers, coordinators, project managers), business development officers, technology transfer officers, facilitators and consultants.

La méthode de Business Design et la posture

Présentation des fondamentaux de l'innovation et de la posture de l'innovateur. Découverte de la méthode de Business Design et de sa place dans le système de management de l'innovation et dans l'entreprise. Lien avec les autres méthodes d'innovation.

Appliquer

Neo sur un projet

Mise en application en équipe, analyse d'une conversation, des jauges et alertes et du rapport produit, liens avec la méthode, retour d'expérience et réponses aux questions.

Partager

Les bonnes pratiques

Synthèse des points forts et des limites de Neo, différences avec une IA générative classique, règles d'usage de Neo et répartition des rôles, démonstration des fonctionnalités admin et de partage, questions d'éthique et de confidentialité.

Construire

Son scénario de déploiement

Projection dans son propre usage (quand utiliser Neo, quand ne pas l'utiliser, pour quels porteurs/projets, quel onboarding pour les porteurs…) et intégration dans le parcours d'accompagnement.

TRAINING ARRANGEMENTS

Teaching methods

  • Introduction to the Business Design methodology through a card game and presentation of the theoretical foundations.
  • Application to a team project with NEO’s support, followed by sharing and collective analysis.
  • Individual and group brainstorming sessions, presentations and discussions.
  • Roundtable discussions and participant feedback.
 

Assessment methods

Participants complete a final multiple-choice questionnaire at the end of the training course to validate the skills acquired.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this training course.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING

Indicative lead time of 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation of the request (signed quotation).
This timeframe mainly depends on coordinating the availability of participants and the trainer; it may be shortened or extended depending on the context and the level of customization required.
