OUR BUSINESS DESIGN METHODOLOGY

Vianeo’s Business Design methodology, available exclusively through our tools, is the guiding thread running through all our training courses. It guides people developing ideas or technologies through five systemic and structured stages. From initial exploration to business model validation, it helps transform an intention into a clear, aligned, validated innovation project ready for deployment. All innovation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas, are integrated into the Business Design methodology.
