Define innovation and its challenges using examples brought by the participants. Identify the barriers and enablers of innovation, whether organizational, technical or related to soft skills.

Adopt the right mindset for innovation

Discover the specificities of the innovator's mindset and the theory of Effectuation. Build the innovator's profile: knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills.

Soft skills

Mobilize key competencies through workshops

Hands-on exercises on creative thinking, critical thinking and collaboration, the ability to defend an idea, resilience and adaptability.

Methods

Discover the innovation toolbox

Overview of creativity techniques (SCAMPER, brainwriting, what if) and key innovation methods (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean, Business Model Canvas, Business Design by Vianeo).

Hands-on practice

Apply as a team on a real case

Application on participants' real cases: generating and exploring an idea using Vianeo's Business Design canvases.

Build your personal development plan

Personal reflection on growth levers to create a roadmap tailored to your own context and ambitions.

TRAINING ARRANGEMENTS

Teaching methods

  • Presentation of theoretical foundations and examples relevant to participants
  • Individual and group brainstorming sessions using canvases, followed by presentations and discussions
  • Role-playing exercises in small groups
  • Pitch presentations.
  • Roundtable discussions and participant feedback.

Assessment methods

  • The trainer assesses participants’ learning progress throughout the training course through practical exercises, real-life scenarios and hands-on activities.
  • Participants also complete a final multiple-choice questionnaire at the end of the training course to validate the skills acquired.

There are no prerequisites for this training course.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING

Indicative lead time of 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation of the request (signed quotation).
This timeframe mainly depends on coordinating the availability of participants and the trainer; it may be shortened or extended depending on the context and the level of customization required.
