IN LYON
On October 2, the Vianeo Club Day was held at IRIIG in Lyon, bringing together around fifty decision-makers from major companies such as Framatome, EDF, Veolia, Vinci Energies, and Technip Energies. Discussions focused on new ways to manage and measure the value of innovation, the integration of AI into management practices, the evolution of project governance, and the complementarity between AI coaches and human coaches—confirming that tomorrow’s innovation will be both hybrid and collaborative.
Conversations around KPIs and ISO 56000 and 56011 standards highlighted the importance of structuring practices while preserving the human dimension. Vianeo extends its thanks to IRIIG and all participants, once again demonstrating that value creation is born from collaboration.
