Séverine Herlin is the Founder and CEO of Vianeo, a pioneer in innovation management in France. She founded the company in 2008 with a strong conviction: innovation can be structured, taught and managed like any other strategic process.
An expert in innovation management systems, she represents AFNOR on the international ISO committee responsible for developing ISO 56001, the first international standard dedicated to innovation management systems. She is also co-author of the reference book Décrypt’Norme — NF EN ISO 56001 (2025).
For over 18 years, she has supported researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs and business leaders in turning their ideas into value-creating innovations. Under her leadership, Vianeo combines a proprietary Business Design methodology, a SaaS platform and NEO, its conversational AI agent, serving major industrial groups, research centres, universities and incubators.
