WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY

GERALDINE DOAT

CORPORATE INNOVATION MANAGER, FRAMATOME

“At Framatome, we chose the Business Design methodology for one key reason: to help our teams engage with the real needs of customers and end users as early as possible through exploratory interviews. This approach enables us to quickly challenge assumptions and develop high-value solutions.

I particularly appreciate the structured and systematic framework provided by the methodology. It guides teams throughout their innovation journey while leaving room for experimentation and learning.

Finally, special thanks to Pascaline for her support, training, and the high-quality discussions we regularly have to adapt the methodology to Framatome’s specific needs and challenges.”

JULIEN MATRICON

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ONNOVATION LEAD

“I have been supporting entrepreneurial projects led by AP-HP clinicians for the past ten years, helping them bring their innovations to patients. Venturing into the business world is a major leap into the unknown for them, but the greatest challenge in my work is helping them confront the realities of the market. It represents a cultural shift that they are often not fully aware of.

The Vianeo methodology introduced me to a seamless, intelligent and powerful tool for raising awareness, fostering an entrepreneurial culture and helping project leaders develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

The platform provides valuable educational support, guiding my inventors step by step through their thinking while encouraging them to challenge their assumptions.

I have seen firsthand how Vianeo helps researchers bring their innovative ideas to life, guides them through the process of turning research results into value, and enables them to structure their startup creation projects when they join AP-HP’s Booster Deeptech entrepreneurial support programme.”

ELISE POICHOT

DIRECTOR OF SEMIA INCUBATOR

“What I appreciate about Vianeo is that its methodology encourages us to deconstruct ideas in order to build better solutions. It places users and the market at the heart of entrepreneurial thinking, whereas project leaders sometimes tend to focus too heavily on their own solutions.

The only certainty is what happens in the real world! Vianeo helps entrepreneurs move beyond their assumptions and test them against market realities.

It is a methodology that anyone can adopt and integrate into their mentoring approach, helping entrepreneurs make informed decisions rather than relying solely on their own convictions.”
