Nicolas de Guillebon is Innovation Director at Linxens. He explains that his work consists in incubating technologies. In this context, he describes how Vianeo helps him create innovation projects centered on business value.
According to him, Vianeo makes it possible to structure ideas, structure the journey from idea to market, and objectify all the necessary information—whether related to the company, the project itself, or the targeted market. He emphasizes that the projects he leads carry a high level of uncertainty, both in terms of the solution and the market, as they often involve new solutions intended for new markets. In this environment, he finds that very few methods are capable of structuring projects that are naturally uncertain. He explains that he has not found any method other than Vianeo that meets this need.
He then describes the synergies between Linxens and Vianeo in innovation management. These synergies are mainly methodological, with the objective of creating a methodological cockpit enabling the monitoring of all innovation projects within the incubator.
He also shares his feedback on the Vianeo Club, in which he is participating for the first time. He describes it as a small family made up of people from very diverse backgrounds. What he finds particularly interesting is that despite the variety of professions represented, the innovation challenges faced are the same. He mentions hearing examples from insurance, technology, and even the CNRS, all sharing feedback on the implementation of an innovation method. According to him, these testimonials show that the same challenges arise across all sectors.
He insists that people are the key element that must be structured in an innovation approach in order to reach the market. He reminds us that many barriers are human barriers—and that they can be removed relatively easily once identified. In his view, this is what drives the Vianeo Club: sharing around the human dimension and its role in the everyday challenges of innovation.
